We have been involved in many appeals, particularly in real estate and trust litigation, having obtained dozens of appellate victories. We have handled matters in all five of the District Courts of Appeal in Florida, as well as in the Florida Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit.

- Prevailed in multiple appeals on behalf of developer concerning purchase of marina
- Prevailed in appeal of trust dispute on behalf of beneficiaries
- Prevailed in appeals concerning Florida Condominium Act and Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act claims on behalf of real estate developer
- Prevailed in multiple appeals on behalf of foreclosing bank
- Prevailed in numerous appeals concerning procedural disputes, including venue and personal jurisdiction
- Part of winning briefing team in historic Bush v. Gore appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States, and other appeals arising from the Presidential Election of 2000
